The Portico is a private boutique resort on the green edge of Hyderabad, in Shamshabad, 30 minutes from Hyderabad International Airport. Five Manduva inspired suites, a swimming pool with fibre optic light, a glass walled lounge, and a 35,000 sq ft lawn sit on an estate that is roughly 80% open green space.

The Portico has 5 Manduva inspired suites, drawn from the traditional Telugu verandah and courtyard form. Every suite is roughly 800 sq ft inside, with a bedroom, a sitting room, and a bathroom that opens to the sky. Beyond the glass sits a private courtyard garden with its own jacuzzi.
